在2015年中,
樓齡只有5年,
算是「新淨」。從經紀放上網的室內照片看來,
則只屬一般,
最吸引的當然是叫價 -
15樓高層單位只售16萬鎊,
比網上其他樓齡更高的大廈便宜超過10%
!

以下是她的部份訊息:

current rental rate achieved with the apartment is £850. However
with the steady incline of rent and demand in Manchester I believe
that for this 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment with fixtures and
fittings included in the price that £900- £950 per calendar month
is very achievable.

相當好啊。筆者要求她傳個平面圖來,

筆者希望進一步了解單位的座向等,
卻未能從網上找到任何售樓書或樓層圖則,
惟有向經紀查詢。她表示可向賣家索取,
可是一等就是好幾天,
才又表示即將到單位拍照給我看,
以下是她最後的留言了。
I
should be up and running by next Monday . I am going to the apartment
on Saturday so will take pictures of the apartment views location ect
and also car park space . Which is under the block just to give you
as much information as you can .
說是最後,
即是她就此消失了,
而筆者亦未能以超筍價進駐曼城。整個查詢過程經過了17日共12次對話。
